What happens after my 1 year subscription has expired?
After your 1 year legal subscription has expired, you will be offered to re-new your subscription for $79.95.
Do I have to install software on my computer?
No software is required to be installed with the use of Red Rule. Our legal forms are in PDF format, and we recommend the use of Adobe Reader to view and edit your downloaded documents.
I can't find the legal document I'm looking for, what do I do?
If you cannot find the specific legal document you are looking for, please alert us by e-mailing support@redrule.com. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, we are always updating our database with new and up to date legal forms, please tell us if we do not have what you are looking for and we will do our very best to make it available to you.
Is there a limit to how many documents I can download?
If you purchase a subscription, there is no limit to how many forms you can download...however to protect our database we restrict how many documents you may download within a certain time frame. If you find that your account is restricted please e-mail support@redrule.com or contact a support specialist by dialing 1-866-313-3315 on your telephone.
I forgot my username/password. How do I retrieve it?
If you have forgotten your username and password simply click the "forgot password" link located on the left hand side of our website below the login area. A new password will be e-mailed to you shortly and you can reset it in your account settings.
